Bonanza, then Satrangi

Bonanza's own company profile says it began in 1976 making ready-made winter knits for men, women and children; its chief executive told Aurora it started in 1975 with sweaters for women and clothes for children. The women's Satrangi line followed, in 2012 according to the company profile and in 2013 according to the chief executive, so sources differ and we do not print one year. A company profile also says Bonanza launched its first designer lawn in February 2011.

The practical point is that Satrangi is the women's brand: look for Satrangi in the title if you want women's pret or unstitched.

What Satrangi sells
