How Buying on SabKapray Works

SabKapray is a fashion aggregator — we show you products from 50+ Pakistani brands in one place. When you click "Buy Now", we send you directly to that brand's website to complete your purchase. This means:

You buy on the brand's siteYour order is placed on the brand's own checkout — Khaadi.com, Sapphire.pk, GulAhmed.com, etc. SabKapray has no record of your order.

Brand ships to you directlyThe brand packages and ships your order using their own couriers (TCS, Leopards, BlueEx, etc.). Delivery timelines are set by the brand.

Returns go back to the brandIf you need to return or exchange, contact the brand's customer service — not SabKapray. Each brand has its own return window and policy.

Who handles what

SabKapray is a free Pakistani fashion price-comparison website that collects prices and stock from 50+ Pakistani clothing brands regularly, so you can compare, track price drops and sale offers, and then buy on the brand's own website.

SabKapray does not ship, take payment or process returns. Shipping, delivery, returns and refunds are set by each brand and shown on the brand's own site, and the brand handles them after you press Buy.

What to check on the brand's site before you order

  • The delivery charge and the delivery time to your city.
  • The return and exchange window, and whether reduced pieces and cut unstitched fabric are excluded.
  • Who pays for return shipping.
  • Whether your size and colour are still in stock.
  • For orders from outside Pakistan, whether the brand delivers to your country and who pays duties and taxes.

Keep a screenshot of the product page and your order confirmation.

Ordering from outside Pakistan

Prices on SabKapray are shown in Pakistani rupees only, and SabKapray does not list which brands ship to the UK, USA, UAE, Canada or Saudi Arabia. That is decided by each brand, so check its own shipping page.

Import duties and taxes are set by your own country, not by the brand or by SabKapray. The guides on buying Pakistani clothes from abroad and brands that ship overseas explain how to check a brand yourself.

If something goes wrong with an order

Contact the brand you bought from, using the details on its own site and your order number. For a wrong price, a broken Buy link or a listing error, use the contact page and send the product link.

Frequently asked questions

Does SabKapray ship to the UK?
No. SabKapray does not ship anywhere. Whether a brand delivers to the UK is set by the brand and shown on its own site, so check that before you order.
Who do I contact about a refund?
The brand you bought from. The order was placed on its website, so the brand handles refunds under its own policy. SabKapray cannot see or change your order.
Customs duty lagti hai kya?
Agar aap Pakistan se bahar order karein to duty aur taxes aapke apne mulk ke rules se lagte hain. Brand ya SabKapray inhein set nahin karte; checkout par brand ki site dekhein.

Before you buy

Always check delivery estimates, stitching details, sale terms, and return eligibility on the brand's own product page. SabKapray helps with discovery, but the final shopping terms live with the retailer.

After you order

Save your confirmation email, order number, and any courier messages from the brand. Those details matter far more for support than a screenshot from an aggregator page.
