When to shop white outfits
White pieces currently ranges from Rs 203 to Rs 950,000 on SabKapray across 5,657 in-stock pieces, based on live, in-stock pricing. White is the coolest-looking colour for hot weather, but its risk is transparency: thin lawn and chiffon can show through in sunlight, so read the lining and fabric weight before you read the price. Compare white and off-white pieces from 50+ Pakistani brands on SabKapray, then buy on the brand's own site.
Listings that include the word white appear here, including off-white. Ivory and cream sit on their own colour names, so see the [cream](/colour/cream/) page for warm whites. For white, price depends more on embroidery and fabric than on the colour itself.

The see-through check before you buy white
Look for three things: a lining or slip in the set, the fabric weight, and a daylight photo. Models are sometimes photographed with a slip that is not sold with the suit, which makes thin cloth look thicker than it is.
If you are unsure, choose a printed white or a slightly heavier cotton, which hides more than plain thin lawn and still stays cool. Read the return terms on the brand's own site, because transparency is hard to judge from photos.
White, off-white, ivory and pearl: reading the names
Pure white is crisp and slightly cool. Off-white sits between, and ivory, cream and pearl carry a warm note. Mixing them in one outfit can look accidental: a white shirt with an ivory dupatta, or a white trouser with a cream shirt, shows the difference in daylight.
Either match closely, ideally within one listing, or choose a clearly different colour for the dupatta. White-on-white thread is quiet, gold or silver adds evening richness, and coloured thread lightens the effect.
White for Eid, Ramzan and nikkah
White and off-white are common for Ramzan mornings and the first day of Eid, usually with a coloured or embroidered dupatta and bright jewellery. They also suit daytime nikkah and walima guests, with embroidery and accessories adding colour.
White is also worn at condolence gatherings in many families, so festive events usually bring colour in through the dupatta or embroidery. Compare on the Eid and Ramzan pages.
Keeping white white
Wash white separately, and treat oil, tea and ink early before they set. Strong sun and harsh detergent can yellow some fabrics and embroidery thread, so dry in shade and use mild detergent.
Store white clean and dry: stains darken over time. When you travel, pack white last in a cloth bag so it does not pick up colour from darker clothes.
