When Do Pakistani Fashion Brands Usually Run Sales?

Short answer

Each Pakistani brand sets its own sale dates, so there is no single calendar. Kinds of sale that shoppers and media write about include end-of-season clearance, summer and winter sales, an August Azadi sale, Eid offers and Blessed Friday. These are patterns, not promises. Check the brand's own site for exact dates, and decide first whether you want one design or can be flexible.

Short answer: there is no single sale calendar

Pakistani fashion brands decide their own sale dates and discount levels, and many change them from year to year. No website, including ours, can give you a reliable list of dates in advance. What you can do is understand the main kinds of sale, know where real dates are announced, and plan around your own needs.

The patterns below are general observations about how retail sales work, taken from brand pages and media coverage. They are not a promise of what any brand will do this year. Where a date matters, we say where it comes from.

The main kinds of sale

These are the kinds of sale you are likely to meet, what usually triggers them and how to find out about them.

  • End-of-season clearance: brands reduce remaining stock as a season ends, lawn after summer and winter wear as the weather warms. Look at the brand's site banners and our sale page.
  • Summer and winter sales: some brands run a named summer, mid-summer or winter sale during the season, not only at the end of it.
  • Azadi sale: several brands run an offer around 14 August, Pakistan's Independence Day (a calendar-derived date, with brand dates varying), and brand pages describe it as an August event.
  • Eid offers: brands announce offers before or after Eid. Eid moves about ten or eleven days earlier each calendar year, so Eid offers move with it.
  • Blessed Friday: the local name for Black Friday, with variants such as White Friday, Gold Friday, Great Friday or Happy Friday.
  • Brand promotions: anniversary offers, launch offers or bundle deals. These are hard to predict, so the brand's newsletter is a good source.
  • Quiet markdowns: a price is lowered with no announcement. These are only visible by watching prices, and SabKapray shows the changes it records on the price drops page, as of the last import.

End-of-season clearance: what to expect

When a season is ending, brands tend to clear remaining stock. A lawn range may be reduced once the summer season has passed, and winter items may be reduced as the weather warms. This is a general retail pattern, and each brand decides for itself whether and when to do it.

The trade-off is choice. Sizes, colours and fabrics usually run out first, so what is left may not be what you wanted. If you need a specific size or a specific design, waiting for clearance is a risk. Winter pieces bought at clearance also have to wait a season, so they suit shoppers who plan ahead. The lawn season tracker shows how much lawn stock each brand has left.

Azadi sale and Eid offers

The August sale is tied to 14 August (calendar-derived, not announced by any brand), but the start date, end date and discount are chosen by each brand, so check the brand's own channels. Brands often announce it only shortly before.

Eid offers depend on moon sighting and on the brand. Shoppers who need an outfit for Eid have to buy before the offer arrives, since tailoring and delivery take time. Our Eid outfit planning guide shows how to count back from the date, and the Eid budget planner helps you set a budget.

Blessed Friday 2026

In Pakistan, the shopping event known elsewhere as Black Friday is often called Blessed Friday. Pakistan's Council of Islamic Ideology recommended that name, and Pakistani retailers adopted it or variants such as White Friday and Gold Friday after criticism of the word black.

For 2026 the day is expected on the Friday after US Thanksgiving, in the last week of November. That is calendar-derived, not announced by a brand. We have not found a confirmed sale date or discount level from any Pakistani fashion brand for it, so we do not list any. Many brands also start offers days before the Friday and run them past it, so shortlist early. Check each brand's own channels, and read how to spot a real sale before you buy.

New collections and early prices

New collections often launch at full price. If you want a specific design, waiting for a sale means accepting that it may sell out. If you are flexible, patience can save money. Our new arrivals page shows what has just been added, as of the last import.

How to find real dates

  • The brand's own site and banners: this is where a date is confirmed.
  • The brand's newsletter and social accounts: many announce offers there first.
  • SabKapray sale alerts: you can sign up by e-mail for sale alerts from your favourite brands, and set price alerts on saved items. A price alert is sent when our recorded price falls at least 3% and Rs 50 below the price we saw when you set it.
  • The price drops and lawn tracker pages: they show movements we have recorded.

Our data is imported from each brand's site regularly. A sale that started a few hours ago may not be on our pages yet, and one that has ended may still be. The brand's own page always has the final word.

Questions to ask before you wait

Waiting for a sale is a choice with a cost, so ask yourself a few questions first.

  • Do I want one specific design, or would a similar piece do?
  • Is it available in my size now? Sizes tend to go first.
  • Is there a fixed date I need it by, such as a wedding or Eid?
  • What would I do if it sold out, and would that matter?
  • Is the price already fair compared with similar pieces? Use the brand comparison tool to check.

Common mistakes when waiting for a sale

A few habits cost shoppers money or time.

  • Assuming last year's date repeats. A brand may change its dates, or skip a sale entirely.
  • Trusting the percentage. A bigger discount is not always a lower price. See how to spot a real sale.
  • Waiting on an in-demand piece. The popular items usually go first.
  • Forgetting the extras. Stitching, lining and delivery are added to the price, and tailors can be busy.
  • Forgetting time zones and delivery from abroad. Sale start times follow Pakistan time, and overseas orders add shipping time and import charges set by your country.
  • Buying because of the label. If you would not buy the piece at the full price, a sale does not make it a need.

How to plan

  • Decide whether you want one specific design or are open to alternatives.
  • Save the pieces you like and note today's prices.
  • Follow the brands you care about on their own channels for announced dates.
  • Set a budget before a sale period so you do not buy extras.
  • Leave time for delivery and, for unstitched fabric, for stitching.
  • If a piece is essential for an event, buy it in time rather than waiting for a discount.

How this guide was checked

Frequently asked questions

Will a price definitely drop later?
No. Some items sell out at full price. Waiting is a gamble that depends on the brand, the design and the season.
Do Pakistani fashion brands take part in Blessed Friday?
Many retailers use Blessed Friday or a variant such as White Friday, but each fashion brand decides for itself whether to join and what to discount. We have not found a confirmed brand offer, so check each brand directly.
Is there a sale around 14 August?
Some brands run an Azadi sale around Independence Day. Dates and discounts are set by each brand and change from year to year, so check the brand's own site.
Are pre-Eid discounts common?
Some brands run offers around Eid, but timing and size differ from brand to brand and popular items may sell out. Check each brand directly. We do not list Eid sale dates because they are not confirmed.
Is there one best month to buy lawn or winter wear?
There is no single month we can prove. A season ending is a common trigger for clearance, but each brand decides. Our price history is recent, so we cannot show a multi-year pattern yet.
Does SabKapray send price alerts?
Yes. You can sign up for sale alerts from favourite brands and set price alerts on saved items. Alerts depend on our imports from brand sites, so confirm any price on the brand's page before you buy.
Why is a sale on the brand site not on SabKapray yet?
Our data is imported from brand sites every day, so there can be a delay, and a refresh can occasionally be late or fail. Use the brand's own page for the latest price and stock.
Sale kab lagti hai?
Har brand apni sale ki tareekh khud tay karti hai, is liye koi ek calendar nahi hai. Aam tor par season ke end par clearance, 14 August ke aas paas Azadi sale, Eid ke offers aur Blessed Friday dekhne mein aate hain. Sahi tareekh ke liye brand ki apni website ya newsletter dekhein.
