SabKapray is a fashion aggregator — not a retailer or online store. We collect and display product information from 50+ Pakistani fashion brands to help users browse, compare, and discover fashion in one place.

• SabKapray does not sell, ship, handle, or fulfill any products
• SabKapray does not process payments or hold your financial information
• All purchases are made directly on the brand's official website
• SabKapray is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the brands listed
• All brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners

When using SabKapray, you agree to the following rules:

1. Use the site for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws
2. Do not scrape, crawl, or extract product data from SabKapray using automated tools without written permission
3. Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the site's servers or security
4. Do not use the site to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
5. Do not impersonate another user, brand, or SabKapray staff in any communication
6. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the site's code, database, or scraper technology
7. Do not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without written consent

Creating an account on SabKapray is free and optional. You can browse products without an account. An account is required to save products to your wishlist, set price alerts, and receive restock notifications.

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with anyone
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Providing accurate information — fake accounts or impersonation accounts will be deleted

You may delete your account at any time via My Account → Delete Account. We will remove all your personal data within 30 days of deletion.

Product information on SabKapray — including prices, stock status, images, and descriptions — is pulled automatically from brand websites using our scraper. While we update this data regularly, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, accurate, or complete at all times.

• Prices displayed on SabKapray may differ from the price shown on the brand's website at the time of purchase
• Stock status may have changed since our last scraper update
• Product images are sourced from brand websites and may not reflect the most current photography
• Discount percentages are calculated from the original price stored in our database and may vary

SabKapray participates in affiliate programmes with Pakistani fashion brands. This means that when you click a "Buy Now" button and make a purchase on the brand's website, SabKapray may earn a commission. This commission:

• Does not affect the price you pay — you pay exactly what the brand charges
• Does not influence which products we display — all products from our scraped brands appear
• Is how SabKapray sustains itself as a free service

A referral tag (e.g. ?ref=sabkapray) is appended to all Buy Now links automatically. This is how the brand tracks affiliate referrals.

SabKapray contains links to third-party websites — specifically the official websites of the 50+ fashion brands we aggregate. Once you leave SabKapray and arrive at a brand's website:

• You are subject to that brand's own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
• SabKapray has no control over the content, practices, or policies of third-party sites
• Any disputes about orders, refunds, or deliveries must be resolved directly with the brand
• SabKapray is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of third-party sites

Links to third-party sites are provided for your convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any brand or product.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SabKapray and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any inaccurate product information, prices, or stock status displayed on the site
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided by SabKapray
• Any failed or fraudulent transactions on third-party brand websites
• Any issues with product quality, delivery, or customer service on brand sites
• Any temporary unavailability of the site due to maintenance, scraper updates, or technical issues
• Any loss of data in your account caused by technical failures outside our control

The following are owned by SabKapray and protected by intellectual property laws:

• The SabKapray name, logo, and brand identity
• Site design, layout, and user interface
• Original written content including articles, guides, and descriptions
• The code, database structure, and scraper technology

Product images, brand names, and product descriptions remain the intellectual property of their respective brand owners. SabKapray displays this content under fair use for the purpose of product discovery and price comparison.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any SabKapray-owned content without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to SabKapray at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in any harmful activity on the site.

You may also terminate your use at any time by deleting your account and ceasing use of the site. Termination does not affect any provisions of these terms that are intended to survive termination, including limitation of liability and intellectual property rights.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of SabKapray shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
